The shipping cost to Europe, Middle East, Asia, Oceania,South and North America is already included in item price in our web store.
Additional information for the customers from USA.
Some items in "JAPAN-BABY" (like car seats from 0-4 years, high-low bed and chairs) cannot be sent straight from Japan to USA. In this case " JAPAN-BABY" will deliver your order to USA via Europe for the additional cost. if you have decided to buy car seat or high-low bed & chair you have to choose additional fee in your cart. 250 USD for High-Low Bed and Chair and 280 USD for Child Car seat form 0-48 month.

By placing an order at "JAPAN-BABY" , you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at "JAPAN-BABY" for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Force Majeure
Events outside "JAPAN-BABY" 's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that " JAPAN-BABY" 's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Additional Information "JAPAN-BABY" At the event of when a product is sold out, " JAPAN-BABY" has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way." JAPAN-BABY" shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Return Policy
Please contact "JAPAN-BABY" before returning any items only in case if you got the wrong item . It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts "JAPAN-BABY" and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Returning A Package If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. "JAPAN-BABY" is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us and also to your post office.
