By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & conditions.
1."JAPAN-BABY" do not accept any order cancellation if the order is already placed and paid by the customer and the order is ready to be shipped.

By placing an order at "JAPAN-BABY", you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at "JAPAN-BABY" for the sale and supply of any products. None of these Terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

2.Delivery and the shipping cost

"JAPAN-BABY" delivers all over the world.
The shipping cost to Europe, Middle East, Asia, Oceania, South and North America for some items is already included in item price in our web store.
2.1. Additional information for the customers from USA.
Some items in "JAPAN-BABY" (like car seats from 0-4 years, high-low bed and chairs) cannot be sent straight from Japan to USA.
In this case " JAPAN-BABY" will deliver your order to USA via transit country for the additional cost. if you have decided to buy car seat or high-low bed & chair you have to choose additional fee in your cart. 250 USD for High-Low Bed and Chair and 280 USD for Child Car seat form 0-48 month.
2.1.1. For the Car seat from 0–48-month information:
The additional shipping cost will be shown in cart if you order shipping to USA

The additional shipping cost will be shown in cart if you order shipping to USA

2.2 Some countries will also need additional delivery charges. We will check your order and inform if you.

3.Special conditions, force majeure
If force majeure circumstances have arisen that neither side could have foreseen or prevented by reasonable measures: floods, fires, earthquakes, meteorite falls, explosions, storms, epidemics and other natural phenomena, as well as wars, military operations, terrorist acts, civil disobedience, etc., which do not allow the order to be delivered to agreed delivery dates (air delivery methods) at the customer's expense.
"JAPAN-BABY" is exempt from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of order delivery obligations if this was the result of extraordinary circumstances (force majeure) that occurred after the order was placed. After the expiration of force majeure circumstances, "JAPAN-BABY" is obliged to resume the order processing and delivery process.

During this period, the order is stored in the "JAPAN-BABY's" warehouse.

4.Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us and also to your post office.
